A Strong Community Built with Many Hands
Our Mission
ACMIN began with a simple goal in mind, to build a strong community that helps those in need. As we have grown through the years and expanded our membership to many local community leaders and business owners, those goals have remained the same - though our capabilities have greatly improved.
Now ACMIN consists of a strong team of dedicated individuals ready to move mountains with their passionate commitment to helping others. For us, the simple truth that some may be a different color, come from a different place or need a helping hand does not mean they are any less valuable than any other human being.
At some point in our lives, we all need a bit of guidance, and that is what we provide. Instead of focusing on the harm or potential danger of things that may seem different, we openly embrace the change so that everyone is welcome to the table. Our strength as a community rests in the diversity of our people.
Our Vision
To provide community-focused awareness and education programs that facilitate the optimal integration of minorities and those in need into our local Columbus community.
1- Client-Focused
Every human being has a unique story with different challenges and cultural histories at play. That is why we tailor our numerous services to meet the needs of every client who seeks our help.
Our Values
2- Integrity
The only way to gain the trust of the numerous community members in Columbus is by being transparent with our actions and showing that our intentions come from an honest place.
To become the leading blueprint of a community outreach program that other like-minded organizations around the world can emulate to empower and create opportunity in their own local regions.
3- Commitment
We are not satisfied with only the occasional offer of help. We are dedicated to improving the lives of those minorities, immigrants, and in-need human beings in our local community.
4- Education
The silver bullet to fix most of the problems facing today’s world is education. Whether by helping someone get a driver's license or providing ESL resources to immigrants who want to build a life in Columbus, we will always do our best to help.
5- Respect
The greatest gift you can give another human being is the respect to treat them the way you would want in return.
ACMIN is committed to improving the lives of our local Columbus community by providing outreach programs that offer real solutions for minorities, immigrants, and anyone else seeking guidance, help, and well-being.
